How to buy online - Your questions answered

I’m new to buying online, how do I shop?
Shopping online is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Simply follow our three steps to find, select and buy the item you are looking for.

1. Find the product you want:
   To find the products you're looking for, click on the relevant area on the left of the screen to select the Clothing section
2. Select and add to basket:
   Scroll down the product listings until you find the items you require. When you have found the product you want to buy, simply enter the size you require (where appropriate) and click ‘Add To Basket’. Don’t worry, you haven’t bought anything yet and you can add or remove as many items as you want until you decide to make a purchase. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking ‘View Basket’ on the left of the screen.
3. Checkout:
   Paying for the products you have selected couldn’t be easier. Click on ‘View basket’ on the left of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping basket. You can then check its contents before proceeding: fill in the details we ask for, and then sit back and let us do the rest.

Can I remove items from my basket?
Don’t worry if you have added too many items or the wrong item to your basket. To remove items from your shopping basket simply click on ‘View Basket’ on the left of the screen, then either type the number ‘0’ in the quantity box and click on the ‘Recalculate’ button underneath. Or you can click in the ‘Remove’ box and then click on the ‘Recalculate’ button underneath.

Is it safe to buy online?
You can be totally confident when you shop with us! Our site uses secure server software that encrypts your credit or debit card information to ensure your transaction with us is private and protected as it travels over the Internet. Every payment transaction we process is checked by our fraud control systems to validate the authenticity and validity of the payment cards used. In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment card in online transactions, most banks and card issuers which subscribe to the Banking Code either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
