Hi! This is my first post!
In Spain they also said the same at the end of December (but... well, it's Spain). |

Hi! This is my first post!

Spanish media just reported what Italian press stated. That about "well, it's Spain" is out of place, specially because all written press in Europe I ever read is biased, and those from internet almost all!
It was also non-spanish press who stated that Alonso had had an airplane accident, and that Raquel was shocked by it, while in reallity any of both were in the plane |

Alonso trains with Tour de France winner Sastre
...
“In all truth, I was surprised by his level of fitness and how strong he is on the bike,” said Sastre of Alonso
Alonso, a keen cycling fan, and Sastre, an equally passionate follower of motorsport, met during a recent charity football match in Madrid. They are expected to meet again when Alonso plays host to Sastre at Formula One testing on Thursday.

He had his best F1 season last year. In fact it was only second half but he and Vettel were doing great job. First half he spend most time in whining that car sucks and that he cannot do anything and will not finish in top 6. It will be interesting to what will happen this year. I don't think he will make into top3 or 4 this time also _________________

He is like that, whining and crying out loud when things don't go his way. In 2006 also he said Schumi is cheapest driver in F1 when he got penalty in Monza 2006. In 2007 also about Mclaren-Mercedes and in start of 2008 season too before the car got faster. In 2005 his arrogance reached its height and it all started from there. Do I have to say more _________________

I have to agree. At the time, I hated his guts (he was the main rival of Kimi of course lol), but I've come to really appreciate him and what he did lol
I think why Alonso was/is always so vocal about his frustrations or whatever is bothering him with the car, is because he wants to show people what he is feeling. He knows what he's talking about, trust me, Mercedes Benz! (I mean the member Ankit, not the team lol) So when he's complaining about the car, and when he and team fix it then everyone knows they fixed a problem and they're praised about it. Kimi on the other hand, because he's so quiet about it all people assume he was just lazy (yeah right lol) or wasn't motivated and etc. So you can see with both Alonso and Kimi - you can't win both ways! One guy is a passionate freak, the other an Iceman, both have their pros and cons. We fans here personally prefer the Iceman approach. It's just so cool...lol...
Sure, not every driver is perfect like Kimi (LOL!) but that's what makes them different! it's more fun that way. They're all respected, no doubt about it! even if sometimes they're annoying!
