DELIVERY
For UK orders please allow 7 working days for delivery, although your item(s) are likely to arrive far sooner. If there should be a problem or delay with your order we will inform you immediately.
For overseas orders shipping times will vary as these depend on the postal service of the country in question. Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery so if possible please give a delivery address where the item can be signed for during working hours.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
The cost of postage and packing are shown below. If you order more than 2 items, the P&P price per items is reduced accordingly.

Up to 3 items - 5.00 (UK) 8.00 (EU) 10.00 (Rest of the World)
4 items or more - 8.00 (UK) 12.00 (EU) 15.00 (Rest of the World)
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo). Payment is processed shortly after your order is packed, but if there is a delay with your order, you will receive a refund back to your card and an email to advise.
OTHER WAYS TO ORDER
To order by fax or by post we recommend that you complete and print-out the checkout pages on the website, and send these to us. The fax number is +44 (0)870 706 2108.
The postal address J1(UK) Limited, PO BOX 7314, Milton Keynes, MK8 8WZ. We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank (made payable to ‘J1(UK) Ltd.) and postal orders. We NO LONGER accept Eurocheques. Your name and address should be printed clearly on the reverse of cheques/postal orders.
RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to return an item you have purchased then simply send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If an item is faulty then we will be happy to replace it subject to receipt and inspection of the returned item. Should you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it then a full refund can be given provided the item is unused and in saleable condition compete with original packaging. In this case the cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Since we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit we would strongly recommend that you send goods back to us by recorded post.
DAMAGES
Damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. We must receive these before replacements can be sent out.

Fan Club
Online Membership: Access to the online area will be available immediately after receiving confirmation of your log on details by email. The online area content will vary during the 12 months membership and some downtime may be required for updates but will be kept to a minimum. You will receive an email one month before your membership is due to expire. We reserve the right to terminate any online membership, without refund, if any activity on the forum is deemed unacceptable.
